Moreover, if you provide us with information about children under the age of 16, you acknowledge and agree that either you are the child’s parent/legal guardian or you have the authority and consent of the child’s parent/legal guardian to create a campaign/fundraiser and for us to access, disclose, and use the relevant data.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to remove such information from our systems.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Retention of Campaign and Fundraiser Data

Information related to campaigns and fundraisers, including details, updates, and associated transactions, is retained for as long as the campaign or fundraiser remains active on our platform. After a campaign or fundraiser is closed or deleted, we may continue to retain related data for a period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes.
